Why we’re taking part
“This year, our Minnie Vinnie council decided that St Giles would be our main charity focus for the academic year. We chose the charity as it is a charity close the heart of our school community as a number of children’s family members have experienced illness or bereavement.
We are lucky enough to have had the support of a local company, Tara Group, who have offered to support the project by funding the first £750 to purchase our elephant and will continue work in conjunction with the school to fundraise the rest of the money. We are looking forward to working together as a school, alongside the Burntwood community and getting creative for a brilliant cause.”
